DOXA

DOXA emerged from the intersection of running and fashion, founded in 2016 by John Hansen – a competitive runner with a keen eye for form and function. The ambition was to create running apparel adapted for movement in everyday life, through urban environments, changing seasons, and a life in transition.

The Scandinavian climate is a natural point of departure, where everything from icy surfaces to cool spring and autumn days places high demands on materials and construction. The garments are developed to meet these conditions with the same uncompromising approach as running itself – something John Hansen summarizes in his own words:
“Running is my way to clear my head and find perspective in life. And I won't accept gear that doesn't work as hard as I do.”
