There are certain garments that serve more than one function in your wardrobe and simplify many of your choices. For us, these are the building blocks that work regardless of the day, season, or style direction, and together they create a foundation that can be combined with almost anything.

Among all the choices we make, there are four that repeatedly stand out: the black loafer, raw denim in a straight silhouette, the white oxford shirt, and a knitted sweater in a neutral tone. Together, they form a base that makes selecting the rest of your garments quite straightforward.

The Black Loafer
