Since its founding in 1897, the American brand Filson has been producing outdoor clothing and accessories favoured not only by well-dressed men, but also by the pioneers and adventurers of the time. Many of the company’s bags continue to be made in its own factories in Seattle, Washington, where they benefit from generations of expertise in creating products of the very highest quality.
Towards the end of the 1800s, at the height of the American Goldrush, Clinton C. Filson opened his first store in Seattle, Washington, offering clothing made to be used. Their clothing was a resounding success, finding favour with the pioneers of the time. Since then, the company’s impeccable reputation for both quality and function has remained steadfastly intact.
