Minus One Jeans emerged from the meeting of Swedish roots, a Nordic climate, and a deep connection to global denim culture. Founder Mille Monferin’s background at some of the world’s most established denim brands laid the foundation for a project where experience and thoughtful consideration guided every decision.

The brand name carries a tangible story: during a Swedish winter, when denim was worn out into the cold while shoveling snow, the expression of the indigo changed — the color became clearer, more vibrant. A quiet observation that came to shape both the name and the philosophy. At the core are the distinctive The One Fit jeans — a single, carefully refined cut where every detail is deliberately chosen to create a pair of jeans made to endure over time.
