Information about the right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you received the item.

You are usually entitled to open the packaging, try on and examine the items in the same way as you would in a physical store. If an item has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function, you may be liable for any reduction in value.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be used by others once tags, seals or protective seals have been removed. For such items, the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have broken the seal that protects the item. This applies, for example, to underwear.

Once you have informed us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than within 14 days.
