Shipping within the European Union

We deliver to all countries within the European Union, and we offer free shipping with DPD on orders over €30.

Shipping alternatives:

• DPD Pickup Point 3-6 working days

Delivery is made to a DPD pickup point close to your selected address. Once the parcel has arrived, you will be notified with collection details and tracking information. Please bring valid ID when collecting your parcel.

• DPD Home Delivery 3-6 working days

Your parcel is delivered to your home address. DPD will notify you prior to delivery, allowing you to track your shipment and adjust delivery options if needed.

• DHL Green, around 3-6 working days depending on destination

DHL's ground delivery service has a reduced environmental impact compared to sending orders by air. This service offers home delivery Mon-Fri, with last-mile delivery being carried out by your national postal service, a list of which can be found here. You will receive an e-mail from DHL including tracking information and the option to redirect your package to a local delivery point.

• DHL Express, 1-2 working days

DHL Express is an efficient air freight service that can deliver to most parts of the EU in one working day. You will receive a notification once your parcel is on its way and given the option to adjust your delivery preferences.

Shipping outside the European Union

To the rest of the world outside of the European Union, we offer delivery to the following destinations with DHL Express. You will receive a notification once your parcel is on its way and given the option to adjust your delivery preferences.

We offer free shipping on orders over €300; otherwise, a shipping fee of €29 applies.

For deliveries to the USA, due to current customs regulations, import duties and VAT will apply and you will receive an invoice from DHL Express upon import. Clothing and footwear shipped to the U.S. are usually subject to 15–30% import duty, depending on material and product type.

Import costs are included in the checkout price, and no additional charges will apply.

14-Day Return Policy

Returns

We will send you a return shipping label free of charge. Please do not arrange your own return shipments, as we provide the correct information for customs clearance.
