Jeg har sendt tilbake disse bukser etter min sønn brukte dem en kveld og ble skrapet opp hele hoften pga dårlig søm på siden. Veldig ubehagelig. Hadde de på ca 2 timer. Dette må være en produksjonsfeil og jeg har sendt dem tilbake. Nå fikk jeg beskjed at dere skal "vurdere" dette. Hva er det å vurdere? Vi hadde ikke returnert de hvis de ikke hadde en feil. Vi er IKKE interessert i å gjør business eller får et nytt par fra dere. Med sånn type kundeservice og så mange andre selskaper som selger helt likt jeans, da bør dere skjønne at sånn holdning ikke går! Jeg forventer at hele beløpet er returnert og da kan dere ta denne produksjonsfeilen med de direkte.
