We always guarantee 12 months warranty on all used watches sold through Care of Carl Pre-Owned & Vintage Watches. This warranty can be combined with any remaining manufacturer's warranty that may extend over a longer period than the warranty we provide, the warranty therefore does not apply to new watches.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical defects i.e. if your watch stops working during the warranty period, through no fault of your own or if the faults fall into the categories below, we take in the watch to repair it free of charge. Should your watch be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, we will help you send the watch to the manufacturer.

Note that the warranty does not cover damages or defects arising in connection with (a). Transportation (b). Storage (c). Misuse (d). Inadequate service/care (e). Modifications (f). Repairs carried out by an unauthorised service centre (g). Normal wear (h). Damages caused by accidents, misuse or the like (i). Water and moisture damage. The warranty therefore also does not apply to cosmetic defects and does not cover theft or loss.

The warranty is personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.

Each watch comes with a warranty card with an associated warranty number which is activated the day the watch leaves our warehouse and is valid for 12 months from that date.
