Beställde khakigröna men fick babyblå. På skokartongen stod det att det var khakigröna. Någonstans har varan alltså felaktigt packats om i det enorma returhanteringssystemet. Känns generellt sunkigt och dessutom irriterande att behöva gå till posten igen och returnera. Hur ser kvalitetsprocessen ut egentligen? Gick och handlade ett par khakigröna i en vanlig fysisk affär dagen efter. Kommer nog fortsätta handla så.
