The French label Armor-Lux is well-known for its naturalistic clothing, inspired by the French maritime tradition and coastal lifestyle. Established in 1938 by Walter Hubacher, Armor-Lux is one of the few producers of traditional Breton fabrics still in active in the province of Brittany.
The horizontal Breton stripes that have become the brand’s hallmark first entered the fashion world around a century ago at the hands of fashion legend Coco Chanel. Just as beloved now as it was then, this pattern works exceptionally well with both jeans and chinos.
