Shipping within the European Union

We deliver to all countries within the European Union, and we offer free shipping with DHL Green on orders over €30.

Shipping alternatives:

• DHL Green, around 3-6 working days depending on destination

DHL's ground delivery service has a reduced environmental impact compared to sending orders by air. This service offers home delivery Mon-Fri, with last-mile delivery being carried out by your national postal service, a list of which can be found here. You will receive an e-mail from DHL including tracking information and the option to redirect your package to a local delivery point.

• DHL Express, 1-2 working days

DHL Express is an efficient air freight service that can deliver to most parts of the EU in one working day. You will receive a notification once your parcel is on its way and given the option to adjust your delivery preferences.

• DPD Home Delivery, around 3-6 working days depending on destination

We offer delivery with DPD to France and Belgium. Home delivery Mon-Fri and you will receive an e-mail from DPD containing tracking information and given the option to redirect your package to a nearby pick-up point.

Shipping outside the European Union

To the rest of the world outside of the European Union, we offer delivery to the following destinations with DHL Express. You will receive a notification once your parcel is on its way and given the option to adjust your delivery preferences.

We offer free shipping on orders over €300; otherwise, a shipping fee of €29 applies.

For deliveries to the USA, due to the current customs regulations and depending on the country of origin of the goods, import duties and VAT may apply. If applicable, you will receive an invoice from DHL Express upon import.

For all other countries, import costs are included in the checkout price, and no additional charges will apply.

14-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days to exchange it for other items or receive a full refund at no extra cost. This also applies to items included in our sale.

Returns

We offer free returns and exchanges. If you want to make a return, simply scan the QR code found on the included brochure or register your return online here, and contact our customer service. We will send you a return shipping label free of charge. Please do not arrange your own return shipments, as we provide the correct information for customs clearance.
